Roger Nielsen, COO for Daimler Trucks North America which has operations in Archdale, Cleveland, High Point, Gastonia and Mount Holly, talks about North Carolina's workforce. "Compared to some other places, I would say that the employees here in North Carolina are really more dedicated to their work," says Nielsen. "They are eager to learn and they are eager to take advantage of educational opportunities."
